How to Apply for the Travel Grant:

1. You must be a current member of IAFFE to apply. If you are not a current member of IAFFE, please go to http://www.iaffe.org/members/join.php to join on-line or download the membership form (click here) and fax is to 1-866-257-8304.

2. You must submit a completed paper and abstract via Conference-Maker before submitting the Travel Grant Application Form and no later than April 1, 2010. Your submission to Conference-Maker will allow you to provide a Conference-Maker Paper ID#. This number is provided in your submission confirmation.

3. Fill out the Travel Grant Application Form (downloadable from the main conference page) and return this form to conference@iaffe.org by April 1, 2010. Include a current curriculum vita and all required information with your application. Note that the deadline for 2010 has passed and applications are no longer being accepted.

4. If you are a graduate student applying for funding, please include a letter of support from a faculty member or supervisor familiar with your work or interests. Please request that all contact information of the supporter be included in the letter.
