IAFFE Affiliates

Currently IAFFE has two affiliates: IAFFE-Europe and IAFFE U.S. Midwest. These organizations conduct activities to support and promote feminist economic research in their region or area.

IAFFE-Europe was established in July, 2002 as IAFFE’s first official chapter. IAFFE-Europe members work on the development of a feminist perspective on economic science, with a particular focus on economic issues, policy, and decision-making in Europe. IAFFE-Europe also recognizes the need to establish links between feminist scholars within and outside the European region.

IAFFE- U.S. Midwest organizes an IAFFE session at the Midwest (U.S.) Economics Association meetings.
