REFUND POLICY MEMBERSHIP DUES
" Refunds due to an error by the IAFFE staff will be processed immediately.
" All other requests for refunds will be granted for the prorated amount of the membership or subscription remaining in the year. Refund request must be received in writing.
" Refunds will normally be sent in the same manner as the original payment (i.e., checks will be issued for payments by check, and credit cards will be credited for payments by credit card).
" Please allow 4-6 weeks for your refund to be processed.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
" Refunds for conference registration fees for a particular conference will be clearly stated in the conference materials (brochures, web pages, etc.)
