IAFFE is committed to making the Cape Town 2023 conference as accessible as possible. We recognize that during the continuing COVID crisis travel is difficult and many universities and employers are pulling back from supporting conference travel/participation. Portions of this in-person conference -- pre-conference workshop, plenaries (opening, local, closing), up to 50% of sessions, and the IAFFE Membership Meeting -- will be virtually accessible at reduced registration fees. In addition, as always, we have secured grants and will use IAFFE endowment funds to help fund the conference. That said, please know that registration fees make up a primary source of revenue for IAFFE. If you are able to select one of the high income/institutionally funded options, we greatly appreciate that.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES

• Early Registration - has ended
• In-Person - June 1
• Virtual - June 15

IMPORTANT - You must be registered for the conference in order to be included in the program. Register by June 1.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION - You may register on-site at the conference.

IAFFE Member Registration - IMPORTANT information regarding IAFFE Member registration: Do not register as an IAFFE member if you are not currently an IAFFE member. We will confirm the membership status of all who register as IAFFE  members.  If you would like to register as a member and receive a $50 members reduced registration fee, go to the IAFFE website to join IAFFE or renew your membership.

Confirmation/Receipt - After you complete registration you should receive an automated email confirmation/receipt with the Subject, "Registration Confirmation | IAFFE 2023 Annual Conference." If you do not receive it in your Inbox, please check your spam.  If it is not there, contact IAFFE.

Conference Dinner - Conference dinner ticket(s) can be purchased along with your registration.  It is one of the ticket options, usually the last one, on the ticket page when selecting your registration-type.  Conference dinner tickets are $45 per person. We encourage purchase of conference dinner tickets now along with your registration, but it is possible to purchase one or more tickets separate from registratiion, until we have reached our capacity.
