Mentorship ProgramIAFFE’s mentorship program is designed to support the development and growth of the next generation of feminist economists. The program provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights, guidance, and support. It aims to enable participants to obtain and retain desired positions in academia, policy-marking, and advocacy by improving research skills, publications and professional competencies.
IAFFE is recruiting mentors and mentees for the next cohort of its mentorship program!
The program brings IAFFE members together in the form of small pods to activate learning, support and connection that foster personal and career growth between mentors and mentees. Mentorship program commitment is approximately three hours per month for one year. This next cohort will run from October 2024 through October 2025.
The mentorship program aims to create an inclusive and participatory mentoring process that instills a sense of belonging and generates new questions, methods, and partnerships for conducting feminist economic research and action. Please contact the Mentorship Program Coordinator, MaryBeth Bognar [email protected], with any questions.
